Lebron and Kobe

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=5680638

Now read this article and look at how many times Kobe mentions himself.... Yes I know Kobe is good, and some naive people will say, well he can talk about himself he's that good, but that right there is why I like Lebron! Kobe said it himself he's more of an all around player! Now all you Lebron haters, ask yourself, why don't I like this guy! I mean he doesn't have problems with his teammates, he doesn't get into trouble off the court, he actually has a personality, he is consistent, he interacts with his fans, oh yeah and he's the most all around player in the NBA today and maybe ever and why don't you like him?

PS-he stayed in cleveland for 7 years and never got legitimate help, took them to the finals, and you are going to talk trash on him for leaving and not being loyal

  1. 1. People want to hate Lebron just to hate Lebron.
    2. Everybody seems to think that Lebron owed something to the city of Cleveland...haha. He did nothing but help that franchise and that city for 7 years, they owe him a giant thank you...He made them millions.
    3. Like any normal person would choose to stay in the crappy city of Cleveland and finish their career with no titles over going to Miami with your friends to win multiple titles. haha nice try.
    4. I would choose Lebron as my teammate over Kobe ANYDAY.

  2. Vicki said...I agree with John! I live in Orange County, Kobe's home area and to be very honest, don't know a whole lot about Lebron, but I have watched him play ball and I am impressed! Yes, Kobe is a star, but I lost all respect when he had his "problem" in Colorado. I have read a great deal about Lebron and his volunteer work with kids in Cleveland and am sure he will continue in Florida!

  3. this is kinda a big topic. i love lebron. LOVE him. love him even more now that he left that stupid owner in cleveland. the thing is, he should have left YEARS ago! kobe had 3 rings at age 25. now lebron has put himself in a much better situation, but the rings are still not guaranteed.

im not going to go into the one on one situation. it will not ever happen. no large amount of money will get these guys to put their rep on the floor like that.

kobe has killer instinct. hopefully lebron can develop that now that he has so many people doubting him for the FIRST TIME. kobe has been criticized his WHOLE CARER. the hate drives him.

kobe hit six game winners last year. he is a proven winner. it is just who he is. i pick kobe. and i hope lebron will finally get over the hump. but right now its 5-0. and soon it will be 6-0 (:
